Lloyds Broker Technician – Hybrid Working
National Broker are seeking to recruit an experienced Lloyds Broker Technician to handle a portfolio of clients.
- Administration of clients' insurance requirements including general enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, accounting procedures and the preparation of all documentation.
- To provide technical and administrative support to the broking team.
- Deal with enquiries from clients, insurers and other third parties in a professional and timely manner.
- Liaise with the broking team regarding clients' insurance requirements and translate this to slip detail. Prepare MRC slips that meet current market requirements.
- Prepare cover notes, broker insurance documents, debit notes and premium adjustments.
- Provide cover for the preparation and processing of policy documentation that meets Market Reform requirements.
- Support the maintenance of the policy register and assist with the handling of enquiries from Xchanging regarding policy matters.
