Personal Injury Claims Account Manager required for National Insurer.

Responsibilities

Handling your own caseload of personal injury motor claims on from beginning to the settlement of the claim, dealing with these in a proactive manner.
Ensuring a first in class service is delivered at all times.
MOJ experience advantageous.
Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues.
Ensuring reserves are amended appropriately and inactive cases are regularly reviewed.

Skills and Experience

Proven Motor Claims handling experience is essential along, with a sound understanding of the claims process and a background in personal injury.
Experience in dealing with fraudulent cases would also be great.
Excellent communication skills are vital, with a highly professional telephone manner.
Good time management skills and being extremely well organised.
Being adaptable and a strong team player.
